01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the qbet website (qbet.run) or using any qbet service — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bingo, slot games, and fishing games — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access qbet's full range of services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active qbet account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. qbet employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qbet login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. qbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify qbet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

qbet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal requests suspended.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on qbet are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). qbet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods listed on the platform. The minimum deposit amount is ₱20 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your qbet account instantly, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

qbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. qbet processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the platform, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.

qbet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if qbet has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on qbet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). qbet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

qbet offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• qbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on qbet are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. General betting rules applicable across the qbet platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. qbet does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the rules of a specific game or market.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, qbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• qbet reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent qbet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
